Music Video Group!

Hey blog! It's Jack, the editor, here to introduce the group I will be working closely with to produce a music video. But before that, let's discuss the various factors that went into the decision of my group. It's crucial to consider your collaborators schedules, skills, and creativity with production to ensure a smooth production process. When filming the commercial, I was hesitant on working with too many people, as I previously had felt quality is more important than quantity. But I realize both of these can exist in a group of multiple people, especially when they're your best friends who are all super creative hard-working individuals. Comparatively, working with only 1 person leaves more work to be done by each person, creating more stress around the project. I've seen through past projects and productions I've worked on with groups, versus only 1 person, that usually the working with a group his more efficient. With this, I have finalized on a group of 4, including myself, to work closely with on this music video. The first, Valentina Navarra, who you may recognize from our work together on a Bath and Body Works Commercial. Through that production process I saw a new side of Valentina that showed me her drive in directing and her sincere dedication. I met Valentina in middle school, and through the years I've seen her dedication to any project she gets involved in, showing me she'd be a great member for my music video production team. The next member, is a friend who I also meant in middle school, but got close with in high school, none other than Salome Baron. Salome is one of my most intricate friends as she's from Columbia. Despite english being her third language, she's no stranger to high marks in her classes. This is both of our second year in the AICE program and after seeing her flourish during the first year, I got to see her academic skills really show. I could defiantly see her being the brains of the operation, making her the perfect edition to the production team of this commercial. The next member is another friend enrolled in the AICE Media studies course and the AICE program as a whole. This person is another exceptional student who has never seen anything below an A of his report card. He shares determination and studiousness in all of his academic courses, in addition to being committed to our schools swimming team.  This person in question is Francesco Corrales. After seeing Francesco's past work on other productions, I knew he would be a great addition to the team, when he agreed I was nothing short of ecstatic! With all of our members introduced, I cannot wait to work closely with all these impressive individuals to produce a music video that will change our careers in film.
