Genre Research: Our Final Decision!

As partners, we concluded that we would use the thriller for our opening sequence. After thoroughly inspecting three genres, we decided on thriller as we deemed the conventions most appealing. We both loved the overall fast-paced tension-filled atmosphere that thriller movies provided. The acting needed also increased the suspenseful factor, however a downside is it will be difficult to pull off. Additionally, the setting and props will be accessible as a thriller can be filmed practically anywhere using everyday objects. We are considering using objects such as paper, for letters, a telephone, and a car, all props we can acquire easily.

Exciting beginnings in production!

 Its official, pre-production has officially begun! To recap the project being dealt with, Valentina, my friend and classmate, and I are making an opening sequence to a thriller. The name we chose is "What Happened Last Night" and it unravels cryptic messages linking a friend group to their secret, regretful decisions. A huge part of this opening sequence is our choice is displaying all the title's. These titles include "Produced by," "Directed by," and such. In order to display these titles in a way that establishing the movie's thriller genre, I contributed in designing items to display the titles on. Fun Filming! - Finalizing filming in production

 Hey readers! I'm Jack, your editor, writing to you on expansions in production. As some of you may be aware, I am currently in the middle of production for a music video. The music video is for the song "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" by Tears for Fears. It is in collaboration with my best friends Valentina, Salome, and Francesco. Or honestly after the chaos day 1 of filming was, I'm better off saying they USED to be my best friends. All jokes of course! But going back to production, to summarize, my last update referred to my first day of filming. It wasn't the best experience and was definitely not the most productive. On the bright side, filming day 2 was a HUGE success! I invited everyone back to my house and it seems like everyone learned their lesson because to my surprise, everyone was on time!
